The deo gods have answered my green beauty prayers with Wildcraft’s Clary Sage and Lavender Fresh Deodorant. It’s a heavenly spritz of lush lavender and calming clary sage to freshen and cleanse underarms with the most natural and effective ingredients known to the cosmos.
If you read my previous, moderately dramatic natural deodorant review, you will see that while I considered it an overall pleasant experience, I just wasn’t 100% sold on the formula and results. Cue Wildcraft.

Wildcraft’s Fresh Deodorant is a breath of fresh, aromatic air. It’s not only pleasing to the skin, but also to the senses. This innovative approach to natural deodorant has me jumping for joy, because it’s everything I want and need to keep my personal hygiene practices healthy and happy.
The Clary Sage and Lavender deodorant is 98% organic and 100% natural. It’s formulated with half a dozen delightful ingredients that include magnesium hydroxide, witch hazel, aloe, glycerin, clary sage oil, and lavender oil. So simple, even a caveman can say them.
Magnesium hydroxide helps buffer the production of oil and clogged pores, while witch hazel prevents excess perspiration. Witch hazel is also excellent for preventing ingrown hairs and treats razor burn, talk about a three-for. Aloe, perhaps everyone’s favorite skin-soothing ingredient, offers moisturizing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Glycerin is a common beauty ingredient that helps lock in moisture on your skin.
Little Miss Clary Sage is an essential oil that wears many hats. Supporting hormonal balance, boosting circulation, relieving stress, reducing inflammation, regulating oil production, and providing highly potent antibacterial properties are just some of the looks she dons.
And finally, who doesn’t love lavender?! #Tbh, I’m not too crazy about the generic, artificial fragrances out there, but Wildcraft knows a thing or two about real, clean ingredients – like really clean. After two weeks of consistent use, I am blown away by Wildcraft’s simple and effective natural deodorant. I can’t decide if I love the formula more, or the insanely calming blend of clary sage and lavender. Wildcraft has delivered both a luxurious personal care product and an aromatherapeutic experience.
A major plus point is that with continued use, Wildrcraft’s unique blend will leave you with healthier underarms and less need for re-application throughout the day, and eventually, throughout the week. Say whaaat?! Yep, it’s a potent formula that helps kill odor-causing bacteria, so your skin remains naturally nourished and fragrant with essential oils. I can easily go two days straight with just one application, and still, feel fresh and clean.
The Fresh Deodorant releases a fine mist that has a slight cooling sensation on the skin. It quickly dries to a soft, powdery finish. It’s extremely comfortable to wear and applies wonderfully after showering. It’s free of baking soda, which eliminates the risk of skin irritation and discoloration. The formula is very light and akin to the texture of water, so there is no chance for staining or residue. The easy-to-use metal spray bottle is very convenient for re-application and is great for travel.
