Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at The Luxe Particle! We hope you enjoyed your experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

Returns

We will accept return requests for items that are in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and other components included, within 7 calendar days from the date you received the item(s). All items must be accompanied by an original receipt/invoice provided by The Luxe Particle.

Items NOT accepted for returns:

  • Any items that have been used, washed, worn, or altered
  • Personal care items
  • Customized items
  • Digital products
  • Clearance or final sale products

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after reviewing your request.

If your return is approved, credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming that your refund request has been processed.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included as part of your refund total.
