The Gentle Rejuvenating Cleanser by Odacité is currently the only cleanser available in their product line. It’s a creamy formula with a silky touch, that turns milky when mixed with water. It cleanses and detoxifies your skin to promote a more radiant complexion. The product comes with four compressed facial sponges that swell into soft, exfoliating pads to ensure a deeper cleanse and better lymphatic circulation. These sponges are extremely soothing, smoothing, and gentle on the skin.
Odacité formulated this cleanser with top-notch ingredients that include organic plant extracts and aloe vera to achieve a fresh, rejuvenating wash with skin-soothing properties. This water-soluble creamy cleanser also contains cold-pressed oils and floral water to nourish and heal your skin. Coco-Glucoside serves as a gentle, but highly effective surfactant derived from coconut oil and fruit sugar that is suitable for all skin types.
Last but not least, is Tamanu oil. Sourced from Madagascan rain forests, this ancient precious oil works wonders for sensitive, acne-prone skin, and offers stellar anti-aging properties. Audacity, more audacity, always audacity.
My first impression was wow, is this gentle. It’s fragrance-free and oh so silky. In fact, so silky that it completely dissolves in water. This cleanser was a bit tricky to work with at first, and at times I couldn’t tell if I had enough product on my face for a thorough cleanse. Since it does not lather up like most cleansers on the market, I tend to add a few extra pumps of product to my sponge to make sure I get an even cleanse. Unfortunately, this has led to my cleanser finishing nearly twice as fast as the intended 3-4 months. For a standard-size facial cleanser, this is on the pricier side for a product that will be quickly used up. I have used similar-sized cleansers that last me well past the 4-month mark, so I am certain Odacité’s unique formulation may have something to do with the product’s ability to last.
As my first Odacité experience, I do enjoy the Gentle Rejuvenating Cleanser. It’s perfect to use as a morning rinse, to leave you with a soft, healthy complexion all day. The facial sponges are an added touch, that help you reap the full benefits of this potent cleanser. I’m so intrigued by Odacité’s philosophy, and can hardly wait to get my hands on some of their masks, mists, and award-winning serums.
